How to Hide an App on Huawei P50

Each Huawei P50 owner installs many applications on their smartphone. Some of them contain confidential information that should be hidden from other people. Therefore, such applications must be hidden on Huawei P50, and this can be done in several ways.

Standard tools

Depending on the version of the Android operating system, your Huawei P50 may have standard application hiding tools. So, on older versions of the system, hiding applications from the general menu is available without directly deleting them:

1. Open the Apps menu.
2. Hold the finger on the icon of the desired program.

2. Launch App Hider.
3. Click the Add App button.

The program will disappear from the desktop and will not appear even in the Huawei P50 settings, but it will remain inside the App Hider, through which you can run it.
