Vertex Pro P300

Telephone scammers, irritating call center operators, banks, and insurance companies have become a plague of our time. It is only possible to escape from their useless calls by blocking phone numbers, particularly since it is so easy to do on your smartphone. But what if the number was blocked by mistake? In this case, you need to unblock the phone number on Vertex Pro P300. There are various ways to do this.

Unblocking in Contacts

The easiest and fastest way to unblock a number is through Contacts. You can do it right from the desktop of your smartphone. This process includes the following steps:

  1. Tap the phone icon (the handset is usually in the lower part of the screen).

  2. In the opened call list, go to the properties by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. Select "Blocklist" in the Call settings that appear on the screen.
  4. In Blocklist settings, select “Blocked numbers”.
  5. The list of blocked numbers will open. To unblock a contact, tap on it.
  6. A menu will appear, tap on “Unblock” at the bottom.
  7. A question will pop up. Tap “Remove” button. The number is now unblocked. Now the owner of this number will be able to call you.

Unblocking in an app

There are many Android apps that allow you to block a number. And surely, you can also unblock the number. The following is an example of how it is done in Who Calls app:

  1. Open the application, you will see the home page - the list of outgoing and incoming calls.
  2. At the bottom of the page you will find a crossed circle icon. Tap on it.
  3. A list of blocked contacts will appear on the screen. Tap on the contact you want to unblock.
  4. Change phone number page will open and the "This is not spam" button will appear below.
  5. Tap on this button, then a question box will pop up asking "Consider this number not spam?" and the buttons "Cancel" and "Yes".
  6. Tap on "Yes", and the contact will be unblocked.

There is absolutely nothing difficult about unblocking numbers. Anyone, even a beginner can do it on an Android phone.
