Tablet is great. OS is a bit dated, thats why seeking to upgrade :)

I just received the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (SM-T585) and the device feels good. Solid device. Since it's an old device it feels a bit sluggish, but once you clean it up (reset to factory) it runs pretty well. Software is out of date, which is the reason to try and upgrade Android to a newer version. Many applications are tied to Android version, and if the OS version is too old, they won't install / run / update. Original OS version is 8.1.0 (Android) and 9.5 (Samsung Experience).

Device does have a nice feel to it, compared to Lenovo's 10" tablet.

Device seems to have a good battery and screen compared to a lot of other similar type devices.

Since the device is old, the charging port is still old, and not USB-C (which all new devices use). Luckily have plenty of cables to use with it :)
